IR light barriers IRS-505 / IRS-509 can be used as single beam or as multichannel light barrier (light curtain). The single beam’s housing got a length of 220mm. The housing of a multichannel system will be cut on customer requirement. Every length until 4m is deliverable. Single beams and connector boards of multichannel systems are equipped with screw terminals. The fast connecting system at the multichannel systems serves a lot of time – all devices are pre-mounted and connected. Owing to the ball-and-socket joint, mounting on bevel wand is possible. Easy mounting, and fast and accurate adjustment save time and money. Low current consumption, wide voltage range and insensitivity against sunlight, extraneous light and sabotage lead to operation without false alarms.
